WARRANTIES

At Garage Master Ltd we offer you a 2-year warranty with all of our installations. Our 2-year warranty covers parts and labour,subject to normal use, from the installation date. Following this period, our call-out charges will apply,varying according to length of time required to effect a repair, and the travelling time from our base in Poole, Dorset. The cost of parts, if required, will be extra.

Manufacturers’ warranties At Garage Master Ltd, every one of our suppliers offer a warranty or guarantee on their products, for instance Hörmann offer a 10-year warranty on their garage doors. (Terms and conditions apply). We do most of the warranty repairs ourselves, and we act as warranty agents for Hormann UK in the Dorset area.

Our warranty cover may vary according to which part is involved. There may also be exclusions regarding usage or modifications made to the product following installation (for example painting or staining a garage door). At Garage Master we recommend that you take note of all the information provided in the manufacturer’s manual and on the product itself.
